When I joined Koala, the company already had a clear vision for the future of energy and an established brand identity, but lacked a system to communicate them effectively.
There were no structured guidelines or website capable of representing the company’s positioning and the value behind its products.
The main challenge was turning complex concepts such as energy decentralization, energy sharing, and Renewable Energy Communities into an experience that could be understood by people with very different levels of knowledge.
In a sector where most competitors still rely on institutional and technical communication, Koala wanted to stand out by combining technology, simplicity, and a more human approach.
